Common questions

  • Does the app work offline? Yes. Your lists and notes are stored locally on your device.
  • When is an internet connection required? Only when you use optional features such as AI (voice recognition may also require internet depending on device/provider).
  • AI is not working Check your internet connection, update the app, and retry. If the issue persists, contact support and include your device model and Android version.
  • Backup / restore If you use export/import, ensure the backup file is accessible and required storage permissions are granted.

When reporting a bug, please include:
• App version
• Device model and Android version
• What you expected vs. what happened
• Steps to reproduce (if possible)
